Design Guidelines on other site

Hi,

just found something, which I thought interesting - just for your info -
how ISOC New Zealand handles it:

Really just for your info. Not as any hint.
I also think, that it is meanwhile not necessary to design for version 3
browsers anymore (that document is from 2000).
