Security (Spyware, testing, Firewall and reports)

HELLO ISOC VIETNAM!

I have some small things regarding security that I would like to share =
with you.

Spyware detection:
Ad-aware (only 834 kb) is not yet available in Vietnamese. Take it as a =
challenge! It search and detects Spyware files and programs on your =
computer. I have used it for a long time and find it to be very helpful. =

have asked them about Vietnamese fonts and the use of Unicode but have =
not got any answer, Yet!)

Small program (assembly language) to help test your firewall and open =
ports.
The homepage of Gibson Research Corporation is very helpful. I have used =
it on Sweden for some years now and it have been improving our security =
and awareness a lot. http://grc.com He is a little bit to much sometimes =
but good.

The SheildUp and LeakTest programs are very good to run. They are small =
and need no installation.

If you use Windows XP you should also read about and try the UnPlug n=B4 =
Pray program.

Small, free and good Firewall for home users.
If you don=B4t have a firewall yet I would recommend the software =
ZoneAlarm from Zonelabs (http://www.zonelabs.com). It is free for home =
use.
The good thing is that it checks both incoming and outgoing traffic. =
Very useful if your computer have a Zombie or some other kind of program =
that would like to use your computer for communication. Se also about =
spyware on the top of this e-mail. You can also check and set the =
different kind of protection you like very easy.

An other free firewall for home use is Tiny Personal Firewall ( =
http://www.tinysoftware.com/home/tiny?pg=3Dtpf_summary&la=3DEN&va=3Daa )
http://www.sygate.com/swat/default.htm. I found it a little bit tricky =
to use but it is a good firewall.

Reports and Fight against Intrusion.
