As you can see it is not completely finished. Since there is no formal
language (Vietnamese) in use yet our translations is setting standard.

Comments and recommendations about the translation can be send to this list
or the directly to giang@isoc-vn.org.

What is going on:
There is also a translation of W3C in 7 points going on.
The ISOC Vietnam site has soon a sponsor page and hopefully also links to
our W3C Vietnam translations.
