Work Groups
This is the main Work Group site. From this site you can reach all the
Information, documents, mailing lists etc. that our groups produce.
The groups are following the structure of ISOC worldwide and are divided
into 3 of these areas:
Standards and Technology

Draft Mission Statement:
"To promote the use of Unicode for the Vietnamese language
in the Internet by:
* working on standards [e.g. discuss the normalization requirements]
* testing the implications [problems in the Internet]
* looking for solutions [by-pass problems, provide tools etc.]
* informing Internet users [training, e.g. Unicode webdesign]
* working together with and supporting the relevant Government offices."
